Sa Madona

coHeo, from Kailandés "te quiero"

My name is Lara San Román Hontiyuelo and I am "Sa Madona" of coHeo. A restaurant where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in a relaxed, family atmosphere.

Ubicado en la plaza de Binissalem. Este encantador pueblo ha sido el enclave elegido para dar forma a un sueño conjunto: hacer del arte de la hostelería un mausoleo del buen rollo y el disfrute.

When my husband Jordi Plando, Chef of coHeo, and I had Kai we decided to build something more. To share good food, a friendly and respectful space for the little ones. A restaurant in which to indulge in the pleasure of eating and the art of after-dinner conversation, so much a part of both family traditions.

A home open to the public with a healthy and coherent business philosophy, rather "coheorente", where people from all walks of life would meet to share a picada among friends.

A sincere menu based on trial and error. Dishes wrapped in music, like us. Nachos Vegas, Saoko Chicken Saoko, God Save The Fish, Los Secretos... Classics of a changing menu completed every day by the suggestions of fresh products according to the market.

This is coHeo. Kai coined the term based on his love for us: "coHeo mucho mamá, coHeo mucho papá". And from now on we pledge to live up to the meaning, to keep learning, to take care of the magic and to bring smiles to every order.

A restaurant, a dream. A bar, a life.
